William D. Ross earned his Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communications from Oklahoma State University in 2017 and is an alumnus of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2023, where he served as an Associate Justice for the Moot Court Board and was a member of the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Travel Team.  

During his final year of law school, Will externed at the Shelby County Public Defender’s Office and served as the law clerk for both the Honorable Robert Weiss and the Honorable Damita Dandridge, Division Eight of the Shelby County Circuit Court of Tennessee. His time clerking affirmed his goal of practicing in Family Law and Child Advocacy.

Will is licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
