Regina (“Gina”) Soldan graduated cum laude from Alvernia University in Pennsylvania and earned her juris doctorate degree from Cecil C. Humphries School of Law at the University of Memphis, in 2022, where she graduated cum laude.

While in law school, Regina served as Chief Justice of the Honor Council; was the recipient of the Dean’s Distinguished Service Award; and clerked for the Honorable Mary Wagner in Division VII of the Shelby County Circuit Court.

After graduation, she served with the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services, for more than two (2) years, focusing on termination of parental rights and helping to establish a path to permanency for vulnerable children. Prior to her work in child welfare, she practiced at a law firm specializing in homeowners ‘ association law. Her professional interests center on family law and child advocacy and protection.
