Elizabeth W. Fyke
Elizabeth (“Libba”) W. Fyke earned her undergraduate degree in Music Business from the University of Memphis in 2009, graduating magna cum laude. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2013, and in 2020 obtained her Master of Laws in Child and Family Law from Loyola University.
While in law school, Libba served as a member of the Moot Court Board, the ABA Moot Court Travel Team, and the ABA Mediation Travel Team. Libba also served as a Student Ambassador and Orientation Leader for the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. During her last year of law school, she was awarded a judicial externship where she worked for United States Magistrate Judge Diane K. Vescovo of the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. She has accepted an adjunct professor position at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, teaching Legal Representation and Advocacy for Children beginning in the fall of 2021. Libba also serves as the Vice Chair of the Family Law Committee for the American Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division.
Libba concentrates her practice in family law matters, including but not limited to, divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, Juvenile Court matters, and service as a Guardian Ad Litem, protecting the best interests of children in custody proceedings. Libba is also trained in collaborative family law.
Libba is licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
