Abigail D. Hall graduated cum laude from the University of Memphis in 2010 and in 2014 earned her Juris Doctorate at the Cecil C. Humphries School of Law. While in law school, Abigail served as a member of the Moot Court Board, wrote for the Mental Health Law & Policy Journal and competed with the National Mock Trial Team. She clerked for the Honorable Gina C. Higgins, Division Four of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Tennessee in her final year of law school.

Establishing her family law practice at BSHR after graduation, Abigail represents clients in litigation and settlement of all domestic matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, adoption and post-divorce matters. She is admitted to practice in all counties in Tennessee, the Western District of the Tennessee Court of Appeals and the Tennessee Supreme Court, where she currently has a matter pending for consideration. Abigail’s work for her clients has resulted in success at the trial and appellate court levels and her clients regularly laud her focused approach and her zealous advocacy.

Abigail has served her colleagues and the legal community through her tireless work with her local bar associations,  serving as the chair of the Memphis Bar Association’s family law section and as the current Vice President of the Association of Women Attorneys. Abigail also serves on the National Leadership team for Kappa Delta Sorority.
